These methods often allow for: médiation, la négociation ou l’arbitrage — offrent des avantages significatifs par rapport aux recours judiciaires traditionnels. Ces méthodes permettent souvent :

Mediation Service

Civil and commercial mediator services

We offer professional mediation services designed to efficiently resolve a wide range of civil and commercial disputes. Whether it's a disagreement between business partners, contractual disputes, conflicts between neighbors, or any situation where dialogue, listening, and understanding can help avoid legal proceedings, mediation provides a constructive and confidential approach. It is often faster and allows for solutions that may not be possible through a trial.

This service is available to any individual or business facing/involved in a dispute, excluding family law matters, such as divorcechild custody, or child support. For these situations, we recommend seeking a family mediation service.

Mediation allows the parties to retain control over the outcome in a neutral and respectful setting, with the guidance of an impartial professional

A retainer is an amount paid to guarantee access to a lawyer during a given period. It is not tied to a specific case but ensures that the lawyer remains available at any time if needed.

Hourly rate agreed upon in your fee agreement. When cases are complex, lengthy, or out of the ordinary, higher hourly rates may apply, particularly in areas such as constitutional or commercial law.

The package rate or flat fee allows you to know in advance the cost of legal services provided by the firm. The agreed amount is deposited in trust, and withdrawals are made according to a pre-established event schedule.

These fees are established based on a percentage set from the outset.They are calculated on the actual amount obtained following a settlement or a judgment rendered by the court.

The hourly rate is reduced and, in case of success, the client will pay:

· an additional amount (a bonus) determined by the fee agreement, or;
· a percentage of the amount obtained and collected (in civil matters), according to the terms set out in the fee agreement.

This agreement establishes that the amount owed will be determined based on the higher of the following two amounts:

· a percentage of any amount obtained and collected, including principal and interest, through a settlement or following a court judgment.
